Watton Senior Rugby Team

Watton Rugby Club runs a senior squad of over forty players and runs a single side playing in Norfolk Merit League 1. Matches are played on Saturday afternoons from September through to May with training every Tuesday evening at Watton Sports Centre.

All are welcome, whether you are new to the game or a seasoned player looking to get back into the sport. Our squad contains players from 18 to 40 plus and there is a strong social side to the club.

If you are interested in playing then please get in touch with us, or alternatively turn up for training on Tuesday evenings.

Senior Training Begins for the new season 2008 -09

Senior training kicks off for the new season 08/09, Tuesday’s at 7.30pm. All are welcome, existing players and those interested to join. Training takes place on or near the rugby pitch at Watton Sports Centre at 19:30.

2007/08 League Structures Released

All games are complete and the dust has settled from the 2006/07 season. Thoughts now turn to the next season and the proposed league structure has now been released for next season.
