After 25 years in the waiting Watton RFC finally splash out and get a scrum machine

Now with two senior sides, both with full league fixtures, it was time to give Coach Moxham the tools to really take the club onwards and upwards!
The 17th November saw the arrival of this beautiful bit of kit from Rhino - it was a fully reconditioned one that had be retrieved back from the Welsh RFU that there National side had been using. It arrived in absolute spotless condition, either Rhino making a quality job of refurbing the unit or that the Welsh hadn’t used it! The former probably!
Already the training on Tuesday nights sees the machine being used for general scrum training for both packs or used in a sequence of rehearsed plays starting from a scrum.
