Junior Rugby Fun Night and Registration Evening

Watton Junior Rugby Club are eagerly awaiting the start of the new season, which is expected to be the biggest and best yet.

To kick off the new season we are having an evening of fun and games with a FREE barbecue on Tuesday 4th September from 6.30pm.

All games are complete and the dust has settled from the 2006/07 season. Thoughts now turn to the next season and the proposed league structure has now been released for next season.

Watton Finish Joint Top

After a successful first season in Norfolk Merit League 1, Watton finished joint top with Holt II and Diss II. Unfortunately Diss then became the league winners on goal difference, congratulations to them.

Watton reach 2006/07 Norfolk Junior Cup Final!

Following on from our success last season, Watton beat Norwich Union (5-12) to reach the Norfolk Junior Cup Final where they will play Fakenham (date to be confirmed).

On Sunday 18th March Watton beat Lakenham Hewitt 23-21 with a last gasp penalty to win the Norfolk junior Plate for the first time in the club's history.
